I wholeheartedly agree. When I turned 21, I tried going in a casino and playing video poker and other sorts of things, but it just wasn’t fun, not just because I didn’t win anything… but it just wasn’t fun. Neither would blackjack or any of the card games be fun for me, so I think if I end up in Vegas sometime, I’d go see shows or take advantage of the other sights and sounds, as well as the food. Gambling I can skip.
Well, I usually smoke cigars while laughing at my friends losing their money. Of course, I’m just a bit of a jackass that way.

I’m going to Vegas in February for a work thing and will have weekend days on both ends to do what I want–and what I want is to get out of Vegas and visit state parks and Mt. Charleston and NOT do casino stuff! How un-American is that? But I just don’t enjoy gambling…that would be/will be me too…a book in one hand while everyone else plays the games!
