		<description>All wonderful ways to deal with those things we are not so sure of for ourselves. I have those issues with many behaviors but by changing my mind set from &quot;no way! Oh Gross!&quot; to &quot;well, that&#039;s interesting, but maybe not for me&quot; it has opened my mind a lot and has even allowed me to ultimately explore some of those things that used to make me uncomfortable to even think about, much less actually DO! Nice post!</description>
