I second mike’s recommendation of the Hitachi for a male. Depending on how I use it I can achieve both ejaculatory and non-ejaculatory orgasms (I mean with out deliberately using my PC muscle to stop ejaculation*)with it. The non-ejaculatory thing is what I love about it in my case, I have a record of 18 orgasm in one session using that thing (no ejaculation = no refractory period).
