Avoid: Pumps to “increase penis size”: I’ve got no issue with using a pump because it feels good or because it gives a quicker, harder erection. But if you think a pump will make your dick bigger permanently, you’re probably going to be disappointed. The same goes for pills that promise to increase length or girth. I’ve seen nothing that makes me think that anything other than surgery can do this. I’d much rather be with a man who’s comfortable working with what he’s got instead of one who spends his time trying to add that extra 1/16″ of an inch.

I second mike’s recommendation of the Hitachi for a male.
