   Um. Ew. You know … the insides of chickens are full of bones. I’ve poked my hand many times with a loose rib or backbone when cleaning a chicken for roasting. If I owned a cock I wouldn’t be sticking it in a raw chicken and risking being poked or scratched. Not to mention possible salmonella contamination …
